Workitout100 began when I decided to see what I was capable of, and challenged myself to work out 100 days in a row. I knew it was not going to be easy, but I’m always up for a challenge. I was hoping friends and family would want to follow along my journey so I created the hashtag #Workitout100 on Instagram. Thanks to the power of social media, the hashtag spread like crazy and now, two years later, Workitout100 is bigger than I ever could have imagined.
There are thousands of men and women on board this challenge from all around the world, and everyone is looking to be inspired, motivated and encouraged to be the best and healthiest they can be. The community is a big part of what makes workitout100 what it is today.
Workitout100 is a free, 100-day fitness challenge to a happier and healthier you. The motto of the challenge is: Get Up & Move. Start small and work your way up. A workout can be anything that gets you up and moving. This includes, but is not limited to; walking, running, swimming, weight lifting, yoga, boxing, biking, etc. Whether you have time for a fifteen minute workout or a one hour workout, that doesn’t matter; what matters is that you get up and move a little bit every day.
It’s your challenge and your journey; you make it what you want it to be, and I will be there to cheer you on every step of the way.
