Benefits of Drinking Lemon Water

Lemon is a natural energizer; it hydrates and oxygenates the body so it feels revitalized and refreshed!

I have been reading a lot about lemon water and the different health benefits that come with drinking it.  I’ve decided to challenge myself to drink a glass or two of lemon water a day to see if I experience any of the health benefits.  It’s week one, so stay tuned.  In the mean time, check out some of the health benefits:
