Breakfast Smoothie

What you’ll need:

1.5 cups of either almond or organic milk
1 large handful of spinach/kale bag mix
1 tbs of either organic peanut butter or almond butter
1 handful of raspberries
1/2 avocado
1 serving of organic chocolate whey protein
1 dash of flax or chia seeds
A few ice cubes
Blend & enjoy!!
