21 days equals three full weeks. They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. 21 days of doing the same activity (or types of activities) consecutively. Once something becomes a habit, it becomes part of your daily routine, just something you incorporate into your day-to-day life.
We have always been firm believers of this and even more so now that we’ve created the #workitout100 challenge.
We understand that it’s not always easy to get a workout in everyday, but just do something, anything! It could be as short as 10 minutes or as long as 2 hours. You know your body and your schedule and only you can make time to workout.
So, when you go to start something new or are trying to get in shape or eat healthy, just remember the number 21!
