Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are great for the early riser- on the go- person.  They’re quick to prepare the night before and ready to eat when you wake up.  Eat it before or after your workout in the morning before heading into the office.  There are so many variations of this recipe, get creative!
What you’ll need:
1 cup of oats
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 scoop Cellucor confetti protein powder (optional)
1/3 cup chia seeds
let sit over night in air tight container

In the morning, add mixed fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

& if you’re still a kid at heart, LIKE MYSELF, add sprinkles to the top. 🙂
