Protein Cupcakes

Bake at 375-degrees

Total Bake Time: 15-18 minutes

1 serving= 4 cupcakes

What you’ll need:

Cupcakes-

1 scoop of whey protein (Chocolate or Vanilla is fine)

1 tbsp Coconut Flour

3 tbsp egg whites

1 tbsp Greek yogurt

1/4 Cup almond milk -or- coconut milk (both are good–I prefer the coconut milk)

Frosting:

Greek yogurt mixed with a little bit of Sugar-free cheesecake jell-o mix

*Add some sprinkles on top for fun! 🙂
