We decided today would be a great day to reveal ONE of our new additions to #workitout100! Starting October 1, we will be doing a 31- day ab challenge- Pumpkin Spice Abs that are Nice!
We thought it would be fun to have a mini- challenge going on while you’re all working towards completing #workitout100 (or as you work your way to 365 days, if you’ve already completed #workitout100 and have committed to #workitout365). And the best part, you can count the ab challenge as part of your daily workout- It’s a WIN-WIN!
Here’s how it’s going to work:
Everyday, for the 31 days, there will be a new ab exercise that you need to complete. We will be posting the exercise to our webpage (www.workitout100.com) under the “fitness” tab (Note: the “fitness” tab isn’t there yet, but will be SOON!)
*Attached below you will find a calendar. We encourage you to use this calendar to keep track of the exercises you complete each day.
At the end of the 31-days, we will be doing some fun give-aways to a few lucky Warriors who completed the challenge!
