Happy day TEN of Pumpkin Spice Abs that are Nice!!
Todays ab exercise is in and out abs.
Things to keep in mind while doing in and out abs:
- Keep your abs tight
- Go at your own pace
- Don’t let your butt drop the the ground/stick up in the air. Try to keep in a stright line.
The goal is to do 30 seconds to a minute of in and out abs for 3 sets (remember go at your own pace). You can rest for up to 30 seconds between each set if needed. Don’t forget to stretch out your abs after you are done!
