Happy day 11 of Pumpkin Spice Abs that are Nice!!
Today’s ab exercise is a reverse crunch.
Things to keep in mind while doing a reverse crunch:
Think of lifting your feet into the air
Try to get all of your lower spine off the ground
Bring your feet back down and tap the ground
The goal is to do 30 seconds to a minute of reverse crunches for 3 sets (remember go at your own pace). You can rest for up to 30 seconds between each set if needed. Don’t forget to stretch out your abs after you are done!
