Happy day 14 of Pumpkin Spice Abs that are Nice!!
Todays ab exercise is bridge with leg lifts.
Things to keep in mind while doing the bridge with leg lifts:
- Keep your hips square to the ground
- Keep your hips in a straight line with your legs
- If your hips start to drop, do not lift your leg as high into the air
The goal is to do 30 seconds to a minute of bridge with leg lifts for 3 sets. You can rest for up to 30 seconds between each set if needed.
