Pumpkin Spice, Abs that are Nice Day 14: Bridge w/ Leg Lift

Happy day 14 of Pumpkin Spice Abs that are Nice!!

Todays ab exercise is bridge with leg lifts.

Things to keep in mind while doing the bridge with leg lifts:

  • Keep your hips square to the ground
  • Keep your hips in a straight line with your legs
  • If your hips start to drop, do not lift your leg as high into the air

The goal is to do 30 seconds to a minute of bridge with leg lifts for 3 sets. You can rest for up to 30 seconds between each set if needed.
