Pumpkin Spice, Abs that are Nice Day 15: v-ups

Happy day 15 of Pumpkin Spice Abs that are Nice!!

Todays ab exercise is v-ups.

Things to keep in mind while doing v-ups:

  • Try and bring your toe and fingers together at the same speed
  • Keep your abs tight, pulling your belly button down to your spine

The goal is to do 30 seconds to a minute of v-ups for 3 sets. You can rest for up to 30 seconds between each set if needed.
