Happy day 16 of Pumpkin Spice Abs that are Nice!!
Todays ab exercise is standing spider man.
Things to keep in mind while doing the standing spider man:
- Pull your same knee and same elbow together
- Keep your abs tight
The goal is to do 30 seconds to a minute of the standing spider man on each side for 3 sets. You can rest for up to 30 seconds between each set if needed.
