Pumpkin Spice, Abs that are Nice Day 16: Standing Spider Man

Happy day 16 of Pumpkin Spice Abs that are Nice!!

Todays ab exercise is standing spider man.

Things to keep in mind while doing the standing spider man:

  • Pull your same knee and same elbow together
  • Keep your abs tight

The goal is to do 30 seconds to a minute of the standing spider man on each side for 3 sets. You can rest for up to 30 seconds between each set if needed.
