Happy day SEVENTEEN of Pumpkin Spice Abs that are Nice!!
Todays ab exercise are butt ups.
Things to keep in mind while doing butt ups:
- Lift your butt straight off the ground
- Think about pushing your feet straight up towards the sky
- Keep your abs tight
The goal is to do 20-40 butt ups for 3 sets. You can rest for up to 30 seconds between each set if needed.
