Todays ab exercise is row your boat.
Things to keep in mind while doing butt ups:
- Keep your movements slow and controlled
- You can put your feet or hands on the ground if needed
- The lower you extend your legs/upper body to the ground the more difficult the exercise is
- Bull your belly button down toward your spine
The goal is to do 10-20 row your boats for 3 sets. You can rest for up to 30 seconds between each set if needed.
