Happy day 21 of Pumpkin Spice Abs that are Nice!!
Todays ab exercise is leg pull ins.
Things to keep in mind while doing leg pull ins:
- Put your hands by your sides or under your butt
- Try to keep you feet off the ground
- Think of bringing your knees all the way up to your chest
The goal is to do 30 seconds to a minute of the leg pull ins for 3 sets. You can rest for up to 30 seconds between each set if needed.
