Pumpkin Spice, Abs that are Nice Day 23: Scissors

Happy day 23 of Pumpkin Spice Abs that are Nice!!

Todays ab exercise is scissors.

Things to keep in mind while doing scissors:

  • Keep your movements quick
  • Think of pulling your belly button down to your spine
  • Don’t arch your back off the floor

The goal is to do 30 seconds to a minute of scissors for 3 sets. You can rest for up to 30 seconds between each set if needed.
