Happy day FIVE of Pumpkin Spice Abs that are Nice!!
Todays ab exercise is toe touches.
Things to keep in mind while doing toe touches:
- Lift your shoulder blades off the floor while reaching for your toes
- Think about lifting straight up
- You do not have to go fast! 🙂
The goal is to do your toe touches for 30 seconds to a minute for 3 sets. You can rest for up to 30 seconds between each set if needed. If you are looking for more of a challenge feel free to hold a weight in your hands and press that up to your toes– be careful the weight isn’t too heavy– and of course hold onto the weight tightly!
