Happy day NINE of Pumpkin Spice Abs that are Nice!!
Todays ab exercise is flutter kicks.
Things to keep in mind while doing flutter kicks:
- Keep your movements quick
- Think of pulling your belly button down to your spine
- Don’t arch your back off the floor
The goal is to do 30 seconds to a minute of flutter kicks for 3 sets. You can rest for up to 30 seconds between each set if needed. Don’t forget to stretch out your abs after you are done!
